People who flame your work on Fanfiction.net/FictionPress.com are certainly Mordor-worthy. I'd assign them to the Shire because they amuse me, but I don't want to disturb the peace of the Shire with that sort of people.

EDIT: Nope. They can go to Mordor and stay there.
