FACTS:

There is no reason to continue to delay the rescue attempt. They know it's Sorn.
Sorn is loopy. Criminally insane. Has evil monologues.
No one trusts Sorn, even his own men.
We seem to be completely forgetting Osfrid and Muriel. Alcarillo, where do you stand with those characters, and what do you have planned for them?
Scyld trusts no one, including Linduial. He is aware his best chance is with her, but does not trust her offer.
