Not all. There is
hoarding. This tends to be a Dwarvish evil, but no less evil for that. There is also the evil of wanton destruction; orcs in Fangorn. And there is the evil of lust: the most evocative example I can think of is the orc who licks the fresh blood of his dagger. (ick)
