The keys are pretty tricky to figure out; there is some discussion of this on the thread that Macalaure linked to (it is a rather good thread, if I may say so myself
).
Some other sites that may be helpful:

Official LotR Soundtrack Site - you can download an annotated score in .pdf form. I haven't downloaded it yet, but it's probably helpful.
2.
A Magpie's Nest - this was a major help for our discussion here on the Downs. It provides a very nice analysis of most of the soundtracks.
3.
Shore's Musical Middle-earth - I just checked this out and I see you've posted there already! Hopefully some of them will be able to help you out. Looks like Gkgyver1 has given a lot of information.
