Mayonette nodded. Yes, time was too precious for her silly fears of the forest to arise. She took a deep breath and looked at the group that stood around her. Perhaps Sandrina would survive this if they hurried. She had always been the one that plotted and planned each move. Yet, her sister and the child she carried were all in danger.
"You are both not out of line. As youngest I was always fearful of many things. We need to ride out towards the cottage. Without fear of any woods. It is probably only just talk anyway. Rumors from childhood are getting the best of me. Tomorrow at first light we need to head out," Mayonette replied.
She swallowed back her fear. The things she had heard were probably just what she figured, rumors from childhood. Sandrina was in desperate trouble. She couldn't be the one that caused her death.
