As a Continental European, I have to vote 8AM. I'd not be able to vote close to the deadline every day, due to classes and all, but it would be a lot better than 5AM (for me).
Though I am a morning person, I am not that much of a morning person really. But if majority says 10PM, I would obviously be dedicated enough.
I do not think this game needs retractable votes to be dynamic, considering the wonderful line up. Very much looking forward to it already.
