Horrible, grisly death for anyone who doesn't vote two days in a row (without a really smashingly good excuse). Stern PMs and death threats to anyone who makes a habit of voting without other participation.
But, like Sauce said, I don't think that's going to be much of an issue in this village.

could make it 9 AM for most days but there are certain days when that won't work. And I really hate to change the deadline around on people, as I know that I personally find it extremely confuddling. I'll have to wait for more people to toss in their two cents about the time, see which deadline causes the more people more trouble. Sorry.
