and we know of no spouse of Cirdan; furthermore, in the same text, he is said to be of the kin of Elwe:

Elwe himself had indeed long and beautiful hair of silver hue, but this does not seem to have been a common feature of the Sindar, though it was found among them occasionally, especially in the nearer or remoter kin of Elwe (as in the case of Cirdan).

now, the wife of Elwe was Melian the maia, not an elf spouse, therefore neither he was of the original 77 Unbegotten elf males. Of course, this leaves us with the possibility that Cirdan is an Unbegotten forefather of Elwe, but it is pretty doubtful that they survived at the time of the Great Journey, seeing that their control of their fea was rather dimminished.
