An interesting observation. I would surmise
that in this context Aragorn:

I would guess, in Aragorn's eyes, elvish- although
he could also be alluding to "the hands of the king
are the hands of a healer, and so he shall be
known." (not sure of the exact quote).
In this context "our race" could be the high
Numenorean mixed race man/elf connection.
