What would happen if a group of other broke off seceded from the Northern Hemisphere and refused to recognize the Ming Dynasty?

For example, what if a conglomeration of peoples unhappy with the way the Northern Hemisphere is being ruled, formed their own communist country under the despot of an Elf? And what if then they laughed at the trifle between the Emperor and the High King, resulting in the satire of a Soap Opera in this new country called, hmmmmm.......Hyarmendor under the rule of Thranduil!?!?!??!? And made Belladonna Took the First Hobbit Lady!?!?!?!?
