Orc raiding parties are one thing. Morgoth's army camped on the doorstep is another proposition altogether. Hardly likely to make one sleep sound in one's bed at night.
But, as I said, it's mostly because I know
Anguirel desperately wants Curufin to stay. The way I see it,
Ang has had quite an easy time of coaxing the story to go the way that he wants it to go. Which makes it easy for him. I think that he will appreciate the challenge if we make it slightly more difficult.
Plus I don't like being "told" what to do.
