Okay, looks like things are almost ready. I'll build the sub-forum soon, perhaps tomorrow, perhaps even today if I find a few spare minutes. We can post the "Welcome" thread, then link to it from a short, forum-wide Announcement. We'll just leave it at that for a few days or a week to build awareness, and then get the ball rolling.
