Was he part of the lordship of one of the Hidden Realms? If you mean whether he was a ruler of a Hidden Realm, then no, if you mean whether he lived in one of the Hidden Realms, then yes.
Born in Middle-earth? I really don't know, sorry

Third Age? No
Is his/her primary home in Middle-earth east of the Anduin? No
Male? Yes
Killed in one of the Battles of Beleriand? No
Did he die before the Nirnaeth Arnoediad? No
