Many edits later, I present the list as I make it - I apologise about the fairly dire formatting, my beautiful format as it was on word simply looked terrible when I moved it onto the page (apparently web pages don't like the 'tab' function...). With a fair few experiments, I have managed to come up with this format - I apologise for the messiness, but hey, 'tis the best I can do
