Yes, certainly. In fact, Luindal will be inviting the entire company to attend the hearing. The Lossoth Elders will also be there. Anyone who wants to can speak up. It will be held out on the open deck of the ship (see Regin's planning post). The bad guys are welcome to lurk in the bushes and hidden crevices on the shore but near the ship so they can see what's going on.
