What's all this? A horrid rumor? I must squash it!
Of
course elves cannot be afflicted by illnesses, but nearsightedness, however unpleasant, is not technically an illness. Therefore, there must be some unfortunate elves who go about bespectacled.
And there are, myself among them.
We have formed the
Nearsighted Elves Society, an organization devoted to helping elves to live with thier disability. My good friend Eowyn Skywalker has courtiously extended her
site to give us all a home there, and we hope to bring in new members as our Society is rather small.
So, I do some shameless advertising, but the rumor has been divested of!
