Funny, sure
. But for real life, it would be too much of a 'big brother is watching you' thingy. Suppose, per instance, it is you yourself doing something moronic this one time? I know I sometimes do moronic things, and I do say them even more often. It would be quite a silent world, with big BW in the sky, I daresay...
Besides, it is almost impossible to define 'un/moronity' of anything in RL, as opposed to narrowly dedicated virtual meeting place of the message board.
