In the fight scene right before Gandalf rides out to save the remaing force of Osgiliath one of the orcs has a red and black patterned tattoo covering his entire head; it looks suspiciously similar to Darth Maul's.
I always thought it was hilarious that the orc who says "Stay where you are" when the "pieces of the city" are falling on them moves away from one at the last second. Not to mention the fact that everyone else had moved out of the way and he was standing by himself at the time of impact. (Or she, one of my managers at work had a pinched nerve in her cheek at the time, and her face was kind of lopsided for awhile. She also has really bad teeth...)
