I can't think of too many right now, but here's what I found odd:
During Pippin's song when Faramir and his men are riding out to meet the Uruks; if you look, Faramir's horse doesn't have one of those "fancy shields" across its chest, it's just a plain ring of metal. However, the
rest of the horses
do have these "shields." Bit odd for the head officer to go without a mark of distinction isn't it?
I noticed that thing with Legolas; when he's climbing up the Mumak he
does look to be a little bit too large.
Aragorn's voice changes a few times during his "pep talk" at the Plains of Gorgoroth; it sounds as though he has an air bubble in his throat.
