Is it a language? No
Hmm....is it a mental state, like fear or something? No But (if I may be allowed to bend the rules of the game for a little hint): It can (and did) evoke a mental state.

Um, did it have contact with a Hobbit, or have anything to do with a Hobbit?- Yes
