Well they look that way on TV, and on screen, but in real life they really aren't that bad (in my opinion, as someone who has seen Mr. Wood in person). They are very blue, but not too huge, and they don't look very psychopathic at all.
I'm jealous now, I wish I had a science teacher that looked like Elijah Wood
But instead I have one who looks like Principal Skinner from The Simpsons
