If you mean "First Age" as in after the rising of the first sun, then it would be:
Morgoth, Beren/Luthien, Carcaroth, (Mablung), Thingol, Dwarves of Belegost, Dior, Elwing, Earendil, Eonwë, Maedhros, and Maglor. If you mean anytime before the Second Age, you would have to add in Fëanor.
