I stayed with the others to try and protect them until everybody had gotten in one place. My horse fell on me, but I did manage to get back up and continue the fight. We were going to charge straight through at the weakest point in their lines once everybody was together. I stayed where I was mostly because I was waiting for you and didn't want anybody to get separated from the group. I don't doubt your courage in handling the situation like you did, and I think you did a great job of it. However, I would appreciate it if you had given me some indication of where you were during all that time we were waiting for you."
