I must have been the only one who felt sorry for the oliphants. Whenever one was brought down, I wanted to cringe, cuz I kept thinking of them as poor endangered elephants who didn't know why the heck they were being shot at! Then at one point the thought popped into my head: "Oh yeah, feel good about hurting an ELEPHANT!" and I almost laughed real loud. Then Legolas shot one in the head, just for effect, and I thought I was going to burst from holding in a laugh.
