And just after that as well, when Smeagol says "get the precious for me", and Gollum gives him this *look* and says "for <I>us</I>." and then Smeagol after: "oh, yes, that's what I meant. For us." Denethor turns around and you just see this white thing come out of the side of the screen and hit him in the face; you can't really tell what it is until it switches to a different angle and you see Gandalf standing there.
