The main problem I had with the orcs in the movies, was the scene of the ents storming Isenguard and Merry and Pippen killing orcs just by throwing rocks at them. I know hobbits as supposed to be very good at throwing things but to kill that many orcs just by throwing rocks is a little over the top.
