FotR: mostly things they left out, like Tom Bombadil and the gifts in Lothlorien. (ok, they put that in the extended version, but it still bugs me.) I also didn't like how they gave Glorfindel's part to Arwen. And <I>they left out the Barrow Downs!!!</I> <P>TTT: too many battle scenes, They weren't supposed to go to Osgiliath, Aragorn falling off the cliff, Arwen leaving for Valinor(although I heard that that will be fixed in RotK), and the entmoot. Also I wanted to see Shelob, but that <I>has</I> to be in RotK.
