I don't think that you can really say who is more beautiful. It's in the eye of the beholder. Personally, I like dark-haired women more than blondes, but since Arwen has a role in the movies that she doesn't have in the books (and I don't like that role), I think I like Eowyn better, but in real life it would be Liv Tyler.
