It's been suggested before that Éowyn loves Aragorn for what he can give her, not necessarily for who he is. Arwen loves him for who he is, totally, and without reservation. She's willing to give up her immortality for this man, so she must love him completely. I think as well that Éowyn and Faramir are perfect for each other. Their personalities were both outside the accepted norm--Faramir was more thoughtful and reserved, and less of a warrior than was expected of him, and the opposite was true for Éowyn.
