Its a tough one - Galadriel is basically perfect and Arwan is beautiful however I will have to go with Eowyn because shes very beautiful herself, she follows her heart and shes of the men (I obviosly dont use the term men literally) of Rohan who our by far my favourite people in middle Earth?
