We know that they go to the Halls of Mandos for an undetermined amount of time, because of the story about Beren. And we also know that some men's fea don't leave at all, but this may only be because it was forced upon them by someone else, i.e. barrowwights and witchking. I would think that when the fea of men finally leave the circles of the world or Eä or whatever it says they leave, that they would eventually find there way to Eru since the void is pretty void of anything else. Maybe they wait there for a final battle, something like valhalla. That is my theory, and then after the battle is over the world will be broken and be remade, I kinda follow along with Andreth from the Athrabeth.
