Elendil is the only Man that I remember an exact height for, almost 7'10". Tuor, as the tallest man, is taller than that. Thingol is the tallest of the Children, so he is even taller still.
The average height for Men, and I'm guessing that this means Numenorean Men is 6'4", whis is how tall Galadriel is. Galadriel was the tallest girl Elf.
