Name: Rosie Gamgee
Age: 8
Appearance: Dirty blond curls and big brown eyes. Her dresses normaly have dirt all over them from gardening. She is very pretty, but not as striking as her older sister Elanor. Sometimes this bothers her.
Bio: Most of Rosie's time is spent either helping her mother in the home or helping her father in the garden. She has inherited Sam's love of growing things and his love of stories. Rosie also has a lot of curiosity and has a bad habbit of following people around and listening to their conversations. Her father's nickname for her is Rosie-Lass.
There is one conversation between Rose and her father which shows how much she loves Elves and stories. This is from the Epilogue in Sauron Defeated.
"But the Elves are sailing away still, aren't they, and soon there'll be none, will there, dad? said Rose; "and then all will be just places, and very nice, but, but..."
"But what, Rosie-lass?"
"But not like in stories."
"Well, it would be so if they all was to sail," said Sam. "But I'm told they aren't sailing anymore. The Ring has left the Havens, and those that made up their mind to stay when Master Elrond left are staying. And so there'll be Elves till for many and many a day."
Interactions: Rose Cotton Gamgee, Sam Gamgee, her siblings and Pio.
