"Eryn Lasgalen!" Eruisto repeated.
Melisil looked up at him, still in her thoughts. She smiled to herself as she knew that Elvish itself was a very deep and wonderfull language, and to anyone it's meanings could be different. She thought of home for a moment, then of times past, then of the present. Just sitting here in a bar, undecided on where to go next. She did not think of the future though. She had learned many times that the future will come as it may, and most times- not all, but most- it was better not to think upon it.
She repeated a few songs from long ago in her head. Then Melisil stopped; She looked up again to Eruisto's face.
"I wish I could turn you Elf." she said, half to herself, half to him, "I wish I could show you many the many wonders I have seen. It would do you good, I'm sure." she paused, "But then.. you are not of Elvish race, and that is in other ways much better."
Melisil paused again. She looked around. "I'm sorry." she said, in her more common voice again. "I've been thinking out loud. I'm tired, I've been traveling for a while. Still, I am not that tired, and lack of sleep is no excuse for anything." She hailed Ruby, "Could I please book a room for the night? Under the name Melisil if you please."
"Certainly miss." Ruby replied, as she went to get her the key.
Melisil looked over to Eruisto again. She asked curiously, as though she had just met him again. "You said you're from Gondor?"
