[Brinniel]

It was not long before the night elves caught up with them. Raye glanced behind surprised to see so many night elves. Were they that desperate to have them captured?
Arrows flew past Raye, barely missing her and she knew the elves closing in on them. They were outnumbered by ten to one, but Raye knew they could not run forever.

She caught up with Tallin and grabbed her, nearly pulling her to the ground.
"This idea of yours to run is not going so well," Raye yelled at her. "We have to stand and fight!"
Tallin nodded and ordered the others to halt and reach for their weapons. The others did as told, each with a frightened look in their eyes.
"What are you waiting for?" the murderess screamed as they stood there. "Go! Attack!"
She charged forward, not bothering see if the others paid heed to her command, and struck out at every night elf that stood in her path. The first few went down easy, and Raye howled with a determined rage as she swung her sword and struck down another.

But soon Raye found herself in peril. She was surrounded by night elves without the aid of her companions, who were all busy fighting several feet to her right.
But the murderess did not give up. She brought down one elf after another, ignoring the small stabs of pain that penetrated her skin. The number of night elves reduced quickly with Raye's swift blade. There came time the murderess began to think that is was possible for the small group to defeat the night elves.

But then everything went horribly wrong when Raye took an unexpected blow to the head and everything went black.
