Soronūmė ran forward to Khōrbar's side, his arrow had hit the warg bringing him down in front of the ranger. Other's followed and the company fought well and hard. Soronūmė continued to shoot arrows at the wargs whilst Khōrbar would kill the Orcs that came off their backs with one swift movement of his sword.
The rest of the company were also fighting together, Lorin who had led the horses to shelter returned and helped also. After a few moments Elentari began to chant something in a voice other than her own. Soronūmė turned to her and shouted,
"Tampa! Dina, Lye nuquernuva sen e dagor!"
Realising he had spoken in an elven tongue he quickly repeated himself so that they would understand, "Stop! Be silent, we will defeat them in battle!" Elentari continued to speak, "No magic" insisted Soronūmė, "Please, it will not help here." He shouted to her and an Orc mounted on a warg made way towards him from behind...
