Lorin finished feeding the little bit of food to Zohariel and called to the children, no reply, she called again, again no reply. She rolled her eyes and threw her arms up in despair, when will everyone stop running off? she thought to herself. She went to investigate and dissapeared into the forest,
"Children!" She called, but it soon became clear where they were, there was a sound of splashing coming through the trees, a occasional squeal was mingled in aswell.
Lorin walked down the gentle slope towards the sound, soon she found three elf-children soaking wet, up to their knees in water. The stream ran past their legs as they continued to splash about. Lorin emmerged from the trees to try and insert some order into the three children but instead, a rather vigorous and misguided splash came her way. Suddenly Lorin found her legs to be very cold, and her trousers soaked. The children stopped and looked at her, putting on their most innocent faces.
Lorin looked at each of them in turn, giving them a penetrating stare, but to the children's surprize a smile broke on her face and she took off her boots. The children watched amazed, as the adult proceeded to drench them all even more, they soon caught on though, and it wasn't long before all were dripping wet, and too cold to continue. They crawled onto the bank laughing and they stretched out, letting the warm sun dry them.
