If so, then shortly after the memorial service and the wedding party/ceremonial (hint! hint! to you party planners!) Pio will send a great number of the Teleri home as well as Tuor and Idril. I believe Veritas and Khelek will also take Pio up on her offer, and they will head west with the Elves.
