It is 9 days to the arrival of the Teleri. 10 days to the rescue.

BTW - Did we ever decide this particular of the story: Do we want to rescue the hobbits on the night of the same day the Teleri arrive, or willl the Teleri arrive and then the rescue occurs the night of the following day?

Imprisoned Hobbits - NOTE THIS:

It is growing near the date for your rescue. Levanto has told you earlier that you must be ready to board the ships once they arrive.

The rescue party has a very limited number of people well versed in arms and combat. We can expect some limited assist from the Teleri, but each of their ships has only a minimal crew aboard.

The imprisoned hobbits must soon plan how to effect their own part of the rescue: Who will lead the way out to the ships? How will you be armed (swords are good, but sharpened staves and sturdy shovels can also be enlisted)? Where will you place the children and those not capable of defending themselves to protect them as you fight your way to the ships? Should the Elders be included in this protected group? What will be your plan for freeing any who are in the Locks?

We will send Levanto just slightly ahead of our advance to you so that you can be ready.

Be ready! We are coming for you!
