One answer might be to not transport them off the island quite so soon. Can we not give them an extended period of training - we have the blesséd crystal, for Eru's sake!

They can be split into the differing groups according to the skills and preferences Cami or Ancalimon or whoever sees in them.

We've got 20 elven boats with at least 3 elves apiece on them - that should be enough teachers to go round don't you think?

Besides, if we stay a year - Cami and Rose and Daisy and all can say 'hi' to the twins!!!!
