Within a moment or two of the guard's leaving, the girl awoke. She looked up at the two elves and started. "Don't touch me!" She yelled, jumping ot her feet and backing away. They also rose. The girl glanced around nervously. "Aren't you taking me to the king?" She muttered. The girl-elf who had knocked her out smiled halfway and nodded. The wild girl nodded back grimly, keeping a wary eye on the man-elf. "I didn't do anything." She said after a moment. "I was repaying the favor of your false ruler, who allowed my parents to die. I did nothing." With that she rose to her full height and sighed. "I had grown tired of the small game that roamed the free land... I needed something bigger..." She cocked her head to one side. "Why didn't you pass judgement, madame? You could have killed me, as I am sure many a drunken soldier or a dimwitted idiotic warrior or theif that I have outsmarted yearns to. You could have ended my life...whilst I lay there..." She motioned to the floor. "And yet you did not."
