When you guys fell its time to meet you just finish off your post with "Suddenly, a rustling in the bushes to their right caught the company's attention. They had a sinking feeling in their hearts that it could be more orcs, and how would Burzdol survive? The bushes shook a bit more, and the company readied their arms...?" and then i'll just pop out and introduce myself saying that i was a scout etc. etc.
