I'm not sure what HoME 13 would include. Also Christopher seemed pretty final in his forward to Peoples, saying that ::gets book:: "[after this book] the histoy ends".

Edit: Sorry i re-read your post and it said "that contains an index" which would make sense, even if it was a bit of a waste of a book.
