I'm going to kill Leena. Lanaey will live with no more serious injuries and will stay to help rebuild longer. Lanaey's horse will be injured and have to be put out of its misery after the battle is over. The brothers will leave right after the battle basically, and one may have an arm in a sling or some such. Those are my chara's that I know of.
I think that all villagers left should live since they're going to be in hiding. A good part of the armies could have injuries and such, but I don't think more than a 1/4 of them should die, at the most. That's just me though.
Umm....that's about all I've got so far.
