Your planning is for the most part done - BUT the Discussion Thread cannot be opened until there are First Posts for each of your main characters - Uien and Falowik.

One of them I am supposing will be the opening post for the game when it opens - yes/no?!

And perhaps you should set up a little scenario for players to work their character's First Posts around - will it be their character's arrival at the Prancing Pony?
