Boy, it seems like we're really getting out there. I guess I'll throw in a guess or two, and at least narrow the possibilities.

Gandalf to Frodo?
Tom to Frodo?
or perhaps Frodo to Frodo?
or Elrond to Frodo?
or maybe Galadriel to Frodo?

that ought to trim the list!!
