I am determined to get this darn riddle. It's like an itch I can't scratch.
And, since some of us (read; me) are still stuck on dial-up, and it is frustrating to have to wait for the previous page to load, I thought I'd re-post the riddle, so I don't have to wait next time.
Glowing like a star so bright
Love and tenderness do I show
In the darkness of the night
I bring you memories of what you know
The light itself could fade very soon
But now is rest and forgotten is doom
My latest guess is the light that Gandalf and Sam see in Frodo. Something about
