Dazed, Frodo nodded, expecting a shifty-eyed man to leap from a cupboard.

Instead, a hobbit strolled in cooly, imaculately dressed in a tuxedo and holding a half-pint of ale from the Green Dragon, shaken, not stirred. He extended a hand to Frodo and said:

Gamgee, Samwise Gamgee.
