And why not? I just got back from nowhere, VT, and there were
SOOO many times when I had to get out from under at least six feet of snow!!! And I'm typing this so I obviously didn't freeze to death!! I don't see why a female fellowship couldn't do it!!
As for shopping, they would definately check out The Gap of Rohan.
