Strider says that now that Frodo is well again, we can make five miles a day! So, five miles today we did. (In Gym, we had to run a mile, and then I walked another four.)

We have passed Fords of Bruinen (480).
It is 37 miles to the next landmark.
We still have 434 miles to Caras Galadon in Lothlórien.
